Registration on aldin99 is free of charge. You will be required to provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and agree to these Terms during the registration process.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

aldin99 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, Passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken within the last 30 days.

4.2 Verification Timelines

4.3 Account Security

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aldin99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and BTC. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment instrument in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

aldin99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms and any specific terms published alongside each promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of aldin99 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by aldin99. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where: odds were offered in error, the maximum bet limit for the event has been reached, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market on the Platform. aldin99 reserves the right to apply individual account-level staking limits at any time.

7.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as published by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, aldin99's decision shall be final and binding, subject to our formal complaints procedure.

7.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are placed and accepted in real time. aldin99 uses automated systems to suspend markets during critical periods of play. Bets submitted during a suspended period will not be accepted. Odds on in-play markets are subject to rapid change; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds applied to the wager.

7.5 Error and Manifest Error

In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or system malfunction — aldin99 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the User's account balance. No compensation beyond return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aldin99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, voiding of all bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform under any identity.
• Identity Fraud: Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents or payment methods during registration, KYC, or any transaction.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other non-human means to place bets or access account features.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of, or in furtherance of, any scheme to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.

All content on the aldin99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data, and game content — is the proprietary intellectual property of aldin99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of aldin99.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to aldin99 regarding the Platform may be used by us freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aldin99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical maintenance, system failures, or events outside our reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or natural disasters).
• Any loss arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
